Cutter, Step Down, 1″ Shank

Description

I’m a little unsure about this one.  I believe it is used for reducing the size of a shaft. to 5/32″- 7/16″.  The shaft cannot be larger than 3/8″ the diameter of the finish size.  Open to other ideas or suggestions.
