TC-1 PREMIUM SYNTHETIC COOLANT
TC-1 Premium Synthetic Coolant is a highly concentrated premium synthetic coolant formulated to exceed the demands of spray and flood cooling. It contains a non-chlorine extreme pressure additive for improved tool and surface finish. TC-1 prevents rusting on tool and machine surfaces, even at lower concentrations.
Water-Soluble Coolant
Ideal for milling, sawing, tapping or grinding on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Gives excellent rust protection, even at high dilutions.
Increases speeds & feeds by up to 50% and tool life up to 100%
Meets OSHA and EPA requirements – oil free, completely biodegradable.
Includes a broad spectrum biocide/fungicide to protect fluid from biological growth
